Sanchay Finvest Ltd — Important, 27-08-2026: Company Update

Sanchay Finvest Limited's Board has approved significant changes to its composition and operations. Two new Independent Directors, Mr. Rohit Mishra and Mr. Gaurang Karmakar, were appointed for five-year terms, along with Ms. Lily Mundu as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Concurrently, Mr. Nikhil Mathur and Mr. Milan Shah resigned as Independent Directors. The Board also re-appointed Mr. Sarthak Sharma as Whole-Time Director for another five years. M/s. K S Jain and Associates were appointed as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and M/s. Shravan A. Gupta & Associates as Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting's e-voting process. These changes are subject to shareholder approval.
