Optiemus Infracom Limited — Board Meeting, 27-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board approved the re-appointment of two independent directors and scheduled the 33rd AGM for September 28, 2026. The company will invest Rs 5.60 Cr into its wholly-owned drone subsidiary, Optiemus Unmanned Systems, to boost its business operations and working capital.
