M Lakhamsi Industries has announced that its Board approved the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board re-appointed Ms. Smita Mayur Parekh and Mr. Kunaal Himanshu Yoddha as Independent Directors for a second five-year term each, pending shareholder approval.
