The company's Board has decided to convene its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25, 2026, to address matters for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. For the AGM, the share transfer books will be closed from September 19 to September 25, 2026. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s Mayuri Sinha & Co. as the new Secretarial Auditor, filling a vacancy. The Board will seek shareholder approval at the AGM for this appointment and for the firm to serve for five consecutive years.
