Vels Film International's board approved the re-appointment of Dr. Ishari K Ganesh as MD for 3 years & Ms. Kushmitha K Ganesh as Whole-time Director. Two Independent Directors were also re-appointed. The board also decided against the proposed acquisition of KL Software Technologies for ₹60,000. Office shifting within Chennai approved.
