DRA Consultants has announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel. Ms. Ravina Modi has resigned from her role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective end of August, to pursue an alternate career opportunity. Concurrently, Ms. Sara Girdhar Sharma has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, effective beginning of September. Ms. Sharma is an ICSI member with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and knowledge in corporate legal and secretarial services, ensuring continuity in these critical functions for the company.
