    Osel Devices board re-appointed its MD & WTD, approved a subsidiary merger (Osel Healthcare with SFL Hearing Solutions), and increased authorized capital from ₹20 Cr to ₹25 Cr. The board also approved ₹50 Cr in related party transactions. CFO resigned due to maternity.
