    Sunshine Capital's Board approved FY25-26 financial results and Board Report. They also proposed consolidating ₹1 face value shares into ₹10 face value, pending shareholder approval. A new CFO, Mr. Pramod Kumar Jha, was appointed. The AGM is scheduled for September 22.
