Accord Synergy's board approved major changes! Muinulhaque Kadva is the new Chairman, and Aahil Khan joins as Whole-time Director. They also propose boosting authorized share capital from Rs 5 Cr to Rs 10 Cr and changing the registered office, pending shareholder nod. New auditors appointed too.
