Sunshine Capital Limited's Board has approved a proposal for the consolidation of its existing equity shares. This consolidation will convert shares with a face value of ₹1 each into shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Concurrently, the Board also approved the necessary alteration to the capital clause of the Memorandum of Association. This share consolidation is subject to approval from the company's members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and other required statutory/regulatory clearances.
