Cipla's 60:40 joint venture, Aspergen India, has acquired 100% of Aspergen USA, a step-down subsidiary. This simplifies the group structure. Cipla's economic interest in Aspergen USA remains unchanged, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspergen India.
