Balaji Phosphates' board approved acquiring Chatak Agro (₹35 Cr) & Divya Jyoti Agritech (₹15 Cr). They'll issue ~14.5 lakh preferential shares for Chatak Agro. Also, ~26.5 lakh convertible warrants at ₹93.78/warrant (~₹24.81 Cr) will be issued to promoters for growth. Shareholder approval is needed for these moves.
