Balaji Phosphates will issue 14.5 lakh equity shares (₹93.78/share) for Chatak Agro acquisition (total transaction up to ₹35 Cr) for business consolidation. Also, 26.46 lakh warrants (₹93.78/warrant) to promoters will raise ₹24.81 Cr for growth and working capital. Shareholder approval is sought at the Sep 26 AGM.
