Balmer Lawrie Investments has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting for September 21, 2026, to be held virtually. Shareholders will consider and adopt the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a standalone profit after tax of ₹142.19 Cr for FY26, significantly up from ₹97.09 Cr in FY25. A final dividend of ₹2.27 per equity share has been put forward, in addition to the ₹2.03 interim dividend already paid. The AGM will also address director appointments and the re-appointment of Shri Saurav Dutta.
