GVK Power & Infra (CIRP) board meeting approved the 32nd AGM for Sept 30 to adopt FY26 audited financials. The board also gave a nod to re-appoint Mr. P. V. Prasanna Reddy as Whole-time Director & T R Chadha & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors, pending shareholder approval.
