This strategic investment expands GHL's presence within the infrastructure sector, leveraging HKR Roadways' Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT) project for the Hyderabad-Karimnagar-Ramagundam road. The acquisition is set to enhance GHL's future growth prospects, incorporating HKR Roadways' robust revenue, which stood at ₹264.03 Cr in FY25, ₹245.78 Cr in FY24, and ₹225.40 Cr in FY23.
