AXISCADES Technologies is set to acquire a 90% stake in Cloud Wave Technologies for INR 234 Cr, valuing the precision engineering and manufacturing firm at INR 260 Cr. This is a strategic pivot, shifting AXISCADES from an engineering-services model towards aerospace manufacturing. The move aims to build in-house production capabilities, offer integrated engineering-plus-manufacturing solutions to existing Aerospace & Defence customers, and position the company for global OEM programs. Cloud Wave, which had a FY26 turnover of INR 107.78 Cr, will enhance AXISCADES' Aerospace vertical. The deal is expected to be earnings accretive mid-term.
