    Homesfy Realty's board approved the FY26 Board Report. They appointed Shah Sanghvi & Associates as Statutory Auditors (filling a vacancy & for 5 years) and ATMS & Co. LLP as Internal Auditor for FY27. Mr. Mukesh Kumar Mishra was re-appointed as Executive Director. The 15th AGM is set for September 26, 2026.
