Shareholders can participate in remote e-voting from September 21 to September 23, 2026, with September 17, 2026, as the cut-off date. The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 18 to September 24, 2026. Additionally, a special window is open until February 4, 2027, for shareholders to re-lodge previously rejected physical share transfer requests from before April 1, 2019. These transfers will convert shares to demat form with a one-year lock-in.
