Gogia Capital Growth Ltd — Important, 29-08-2026: Company Update

Gogia Capital Growth's Board has approved several key changes. It greenlit the Annual General Meeting notice. The Board also approved reclassifying Mr. Satish Gogia, M/s Satish Gogia HUF, and Late Shri Khem Chand from 'Promoter' to 'Public' category, pending shareholder and exchange approval. Concurrently, Mr. Ankur Gogia, currently 'Public', will be classified as 'Promoter' after shares were gifted to him. The company also appointed M/s Raj K. Sri & Co. as new Statutory Auditors for five years and approved Mr. Shubham Aggarwal and Ms. Mansi Kabra as Independent Directors for five years each, all subject to shareholder endorsement.
