    Annapurna Swadisht's board approved leadership changes: Shreeram Bagla resigned as MD, Ritesh Shaw is now MD & CEO, and Rohit Singhania stepped down as CEO to lead sales. The board also seeks shareholder approval to raise borrowing limits to ₹350 Cr. The 5th AGM is set for September 30.
