Sattrix Information Security Ltd — Important, 29-08-2026: Company Update

Sattrix Information Security has announced its 13th Annual General Meeting to consider significant proposals. These include adopting the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, and re-appointing director Mr. Mayur Durga Sing Rathod. Mr. Sachhin Gajjaer is proposed for re-appointment as Managing Director with a ₹0.07 Cr monthly salary. Mrs. Ronak Sachin Gajjar is also put forward for re-appointment as Whole-Time Director; her last drawn remuneration was ₹0.4236 Cr. The company plans to reallocate ₹3.32 Cr of unutilized IPO funds from new product development to acquire fixed assets, including new office premises. An ESOP scheme, valued up to ₹47.35 Cr, is also up for approval.
