ESDS Software Solutions Limited has announced the price band for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) at ₹408 – ₹429 per equity share. The IPO, a fresh issue of up to ₹720 crore, offers investors a chance to participate in a leading AI-powered cloud and data center solutions provider. The company is noted as one of only two in India offering a full spectrum of GPU-as-a-Service, cloud, and managed services. It is the largest among these by revenue from operations, which stood at ₹472.21 crore. Investors can bid for a minimum of 34 equity shares.
