RASI ELECTRODES has announced a board meeting on September 28, 2026, to adopt its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a 28.42% rise in profit before tax to Rs 4.78 Cr, and profit after tax to Rs 3.51 Cr, despite net sales decreasing by 11.57% to Rs 72.01 Cr. A dividend of Re 0.20 per share (10%) has been declared. RASI is installing a 100 KWA solar plant at an estimated cost of Rs 0.32 Cr and has ceased its grocery trading business. The appointment of Mr. S Hari Krishnan as Secretarial Auditor for five years was also approved.
