Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Acquirers Misun Pure Lights Private Limited and others, along with Persons Acting in Concert, have announced an open offer to acquire up to 63.485 lakh equity shares of Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Limited. This represents 10.04% of the company's expanded voting capital, at an offer price of INR 14 per share, totaling INR 8.8879 Cr in cash. This open offer is triggered by a preferential issue of 5.675 Cr equity shares for acquiring Blisstering Electronics and Bliss Cab Electronics. This transaction will lead to the acquirers gaining control and becoming the new promoters of Ishaan Infrastructures.
