Healthy Investments Ltd — Important, 31-08-2026: Company Update

Healthy Investments' board approved key governance changes. Mr. Ashwin Nandan Singh was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director. M/s. KPSN & Associates LLP became the new Statutory Auditors following a prior resignation. M/s. B S S & Associates resigned as Secretarial Auditors, and M/s. Kasat & Associates were appointed for five years, pending shareholder approval and following the Audit Committee's input. Mr. K Srivas resigned as Internal Auditor; M/s. Madhukar Reddy & Associates will now serve for the financial year. The board also finalized arrangements for the upcoming 44th Annual General Meeting, including e-voting details and scrutinizer appointment.
