Gogia Capital Growth Ltd — Important, 31-08-2026: Company Update

Gogia Capital Growth's Board approved significant changes to its promoter structure, reclassifying Mr. Satish Gogia, his HUF, and Late Shri Khem Chand to the 'Public' category, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Ankur Gogia was classified as a 'Promoter / Promoter Group' member following a share transfer. The Board also endorsed the appointment of M/s Raj K. Sri & Co as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term and approved two new Additional Independent Directors, Mr. Shubham Aggarwal and Ms. Mansi Kabra, each for a five-year term, to enhance governance. The Annual General Meeting notice was also approved.
