    Setco Auto's board approved Q4 consolidated profit of ₹136.42 Cr & full-year loss of ₹4.28 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹13/share was declared. It divested ~41% of Setco Auto Systems for ~₹215 Cr and plans further divestment while merging subsidiary LCPL.
