    Excellent Wires & Packaging board approved the FY26 Directors Report. They've appointed M/s. Suthar Parab & Co. as new statutory auditors. The 5th AGM is set for Sept 23, 2026 (online), with e-voting from Sept 20-22 & book closure Sept 17-23.
