    Ritco Logistics Board approved the FY26 Directors' Report & set Sept 30 for the 25th AGM. They appointed M/s Rathi Gandhi & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY27. The board also noted a Rs 78.26 Cr preferential issue by its step-down subsidiary, Trucksup Solutions.
