Real Touch Finance Ltd — Important, 31-08-2026: Company Update

Real Touch Finance's board has announced key leadership changes and operational updates. Mr. Angalappan Anandakumar resigned as Chief Financial Officer to assume roles as Additional Director and is proposed to become the new Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Gopal Sridharan also stepped down as Whole-time Director. Furthermore, Mrs. Padmini Ceruseri Srikanth and Mr. Somnath Sarkar's director reappointments were approved, awaiting shareholder endorsement. The company also reconstituted its Audit and Stakeholder Relationship Committees and approved the convening of its 41st Annual General Meeting.
