Real Touch Finance's board enacted significant leadership changes. Mr. Angalappan Anandakumar resigned as CFO and has been approved as an Additional Director and the new Managing Director, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Gopal Sridharan also resigned as Whole-time Director due to other professional interests. The board approved the reappointment of Mrs. Padmini Ceruseri Srikanth and Mr. Somnath Sarkar as directors, both requiring shareholder consent.
