    VGINFOTECH board approved FY26 Board's Report. AGM on Sept 24. Re-appointed Mr. Shende, appointed fintech veteran Sunil Kulkarni as new director. Also approved 45 Cr related party deals & reallocated IPO funds for data center/working capital. Member nod awaited for these two.
