GACM Technologies' Board approved raising up to Rs 200 Cr via QIP/ADR/GDR/FCCBs and increasing authorized capital to Rs 1,000 Cr. They also greenlit acquiring a 23.64% stake in WEXL EDU Ltd via a Rs 127.60 Cr share swap and re-appointed key directors/auditors.
