GACM Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 31-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

GACM Technologies' board approved acquiring a 23.64% stake in WEXL EDU via a ₹127.60 Cr share swap. They also plan to raise up to ₹200 Cr through QIP/ADR/GDR/FCCB and increase authorized share capital to ₹1000 Cr, all pending shareholder nod. Key director re-appointments were also approved.
