The company's board has approved key strategic moves. Mr. Anand V Varanasi was appointed as Senior Managerial Personnel, and internal and secretarial auditors were re-appointed. Major changes to IPO fund utilization were also approved, subject to shareholder vote. Approximately 5 Cr originally for Capital Numbers LLC can now also be invested in the new subsidiary Epitome Cloud Inc. and its units, boosting group growth. Additionally, 11.46 Cr from unutilized IPO issue expenses will fund the 100% acquisition of Epitome Cloud Inc. for about 40 Cr. This reallocates funds to strengthen the company's structure and growth strategy. The annual report for FY26 was also approved.
