    Happiest Minds board greenlit a merger with ITC Infotech! Shareholders get 25 ITC Infotech shares for every 81 Happiest Minds shares. Promoters also sold 22.1% stake to ITC Infotech for ₹1,329.72 Cr. The company will also shift its registered office.
