Indo Credit Capital Limited has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the company’s registered office. Shareholders will consider matters outlined in the AGM Notice. The company has dispatched annual reports electronically and will temporarily close its register of members and share transfer books in connection with the meeting. An e-voting facility is provided for eligible shareholders to cast their votes remotely, commencing a few days before the AGM. Shareholders who have voted remotely can still attend the meeting but cannot vote again.
