    Integra Switchgear's Board approved increasing authorized capital from Rs. 4 Cr to Rs. 225 Cr & acquiring 95% of S. Korea's Magnatech via a ~Rs. 299 Cr share swap. Also, a ~Rs. 4 Cr preferential issue to a director. All subject to Sep 30 AGM shareholder nod.
