Silkflex Polymers (India) board approved the acquisition of Sylera Inc., a textile printing inks and wood coating business with FY26 turnover of ₹8.31 Cr, aiming to boost capacity and market presence. The company also launched its own "Sylera" textile inks and "Slyvora" wood coatings to expand its product portfolio.
