Happiest Minds' promoter sold a 22.11% stake for ₹1,329.72 Cr to ITC Infotech. The board also approved a merger where Happiest Minds will be absorbed by ITC Infotech. Shareholders get 25 ITC Infotech shares for every 81 Happiest Minds shares. ITC Infotech shares will be listed.
