Pecos Hotels and Pubs Ltd — Important, 31-08-2026: Company Update

Pecos Hotels has called its 21st Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026. Shareholders will consider adopting the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. A final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share is also proposed. The agenda includes the re-appointment of Director Liam Norman Timms and approving his revised remuneration of Rs. 1.42 Lakh per month (annual Rs. 17.04 Lakh). Additionally, Director Pradosh Dhanraj’s remuneration of Rs. 0.755 Lakh per month plus Rs. 0.06 Lakh monthly travel allowance will be put for approval. Remote e-voting starts September 22 and ends September 24, 2026, with the cut-off date for voting and dividend being September 18, 2026.
