    Tata Steel completed the divestment of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jamshedpur Football and Sporting Private Limited (JFSPL). JFSPL is no longer a subsidiary. Tata Steel remains committed to developing grassroots sports and enhancing sporting infrastructure.
