Blue Water Logistics Limited — Important, 31-08-2026: Disclosure of material issue

Blue Water Logistics has acquired a 99.98% stake in BWL East Africa Limited, a newly incorporated logistics company in Tanzania. This move is a strategic step to strengthen the company’s business operations and expand its market presence in East Africa. The acquisition involved a cash consideration for 9,998 shares, each at a par value of Tshs 10,000/=. Notably, two of Blue Water Logistics' Promoters and Directors are also appointed as Directors and Shareholders in the new Tanzanian subsidiary. This expansion is expected to drive future growth in a key African market.
