This strategic move combines Bachatt's technology and digital distribution with Moneyboxx's credit underwriting, positioning the company to expand formal credit access for underserved small businesses. Bachatt will manage digital customer acquisition and servicing, while Moneyboxx retains its role as the lender. This initiative complements Moneyboxx’s existing branch-led model, aiming to build a more scalable and diversified lending platform, enhance its customer base, and strengthen operating leverage through digital transformation.
