This pledge acts as security for 105 Cr in unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by the company. The funds from these NCDs will be used for Club Expansion (25 Cr), repaying existing debt (20 Cr), transaction expenses (5 Cr), general corporate purposes (25 Cr), and SRA related expenses (30 Cr). The pledged shares provide a security cover of 1.31 times the debt.
