We wish to inform you that, the Shareholders of the Company had approved the appointment of Mr. Devjit Sarkar (DIN: 10745850) as Director and also as Whole Time Director designated as Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period from 1st September, 2024 to 31st August, 2026. Mr. Devjit Sarkar would cease to hold office as Director and also as Whole Time Director of the Company from 1st September, 2026, upon completion of his tenure as approved by the Shareholders of the Company.
