Vipul Organics Ltd — Important, 01-09-2026: Company Update

Vipul Organics' membrane unit, ADIMEM Technologies, has acquired an advanced industrial membrane sheet manufacturing platform from Aquaporin, Denmark. This acquisition brings proven precision membrane casting, coating, and drying infrastructure to ADIMEM's Sayakha facility, significantly deepening vertical integration in advanced RO/NF membrane manufacturing. This strengthens in-house capabilities, enabling the development of world-class RO and NF membranes in India for various water treatment and process separation applications. It reinforces Vipul Organics' strategy in high-technology, sustainability-driven businesses. The company reported revenues of Rs.175.4 Crore for FY 2025-26.
