Syschem India Ltd — Important, 01-09-2026: Company Update

SYSCHEM's board has approved key leadership changes, subject to shareholder consent. Mr. Suninder Veer Singh will become Managing Director, and Mr. Ranjan Jain will be re-designated as Whole-Time Director, both for five years, with remuneration up to 0.07 Cr per month for three years. The company also appointed M/s Bansal Vijay & Associates as new Statutory Auditors for five years, replacing the resigning auditors, at an annual fee of 0.025 Cr plus GST, pending shareholder approval. These items will be considered at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting, alongside the last financial year's reports.
