Jigar Cables' Board has approved a three-year remuneration package of up to 0.12 Cr per annum for Director Shri Parshottambhai Laljibhai Vaghasiya, effective September 29, 2026. This also includes his continued service as director, even after reaching 78 years of age. These decisions require shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting. Vaghasiya, who holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has been integral to the company since its inception, is a relative of the Managing Director and Whole-time Director.
